TOPmed may offer paid subscription plans for Journey.

If you sign up for a paid plan, you may receive a one-month free trial. Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription may automatically renew and you may be charged according to the plan selected.

Payments, billing, taxes, invoices, refunds, and payment processing may be handled by Paddle or another third-party payment provider.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and checkout terms presented at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the end of any free trial if you do not wish to be charged.

10. Refund Policy

TOPmed offers a one-month free trial before the first paid charge.

If you believe you were charged in error or are dissatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within one month of the first paid charge by contacting:

legal@topmed.online

Refund requests may be subject to applicable law and Paddle's policies. TOPmed reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests where permitted by law, including in cases of abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, or violation of these Terms.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the cancellation process made available through the Service, Paddle, or the applicable payment provider.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not necessarily provide a refund unless required by law or covered by the refund policy above.
